When contacting support, please include:
- Your macOS version
- Your NutBar version
- The exact error message shown in NutBar
If requested, you can also send diagnostic logs.
Open Terminal from Applications > Utilities > Terminal and run:
log stream --predicate 'subsystem == "com.nutbar.app"' --info
Then reproduce the issue in NutBar, copy the NutBar log messages shown in Terminal, and paste them into your email reply.
When you’re finished, press Control-C in Terminal to stop the log stream.
